The medium of film has always fascinated me for its innate ability to visually tell stories. It is able to express powerful emotions which words or sounds cannot. It is able to create the illusion of spaces between characters and worlds that feels alive behind the silver screen.
As an emerging filmmaker and writer, I am deeply interested in crafting films that create a strong sense of environmental spaces and atmosphere. I am interested telling stories of people with unique identities, the small, quiet, but powerful moments in our lives. I aim to create thoughtful images that linger in our minds just like the images I have been inspired by in cinema, photography and art.
